More interesting local Bicycling news
By jmb | April 18, 2006
One story that is not online but is in print is that this week’s Oklahoma Gazette has a great article on the Critical Mass rides in Norman and OKC (I got quoted about the OKC ride which was fun). For more info on the Norman ride click here. For the OKC ride, meet us on Friday, April 28th at 4 p.m. at the Back Door Coffee Shop (NW 32nd & Classen)
GoMetro.org: Bike & Ride - info on OKC’s new bike racks on the city busses
NewsOK: Advocates plan event for bicycle lanes - an encouraging story about a bicycle advocacy group in Edmond (I’m not so keen on bike lanes myself normally, but they might be better in Edmond since so much of the city is poorly designed and doesn’t have through residential streets)
Norman Transcript: Bike survey under way, Bike to Work day set for May 19
